By reviewing your lease provisions we determine the baseline tenant electricity cost per square foot. Any tenant whose electric payments fall below this line is subject to further scrutiny including rent inclusion escalation review, sub-meter billing methodology, meter testing and others. After identifying the tenants that are not paying their appropriate share, we calculate retroactive charges and support you in their collection.
